It was founded in 2021 by two young entrepreneurs, Carlos Cruz and Milena Vitória. With the dream of conquering the communication market, Carlos Cruz, a successful model, already had the idea of starting a business, so in November 2021 he decided to create P&M Marketing e Assessoria, and in the first month he invited Milena to be part of this partnership that is growing day by day.
